Product Description

CantyVision™ software is configured to track the position of the slab or roller with accuracy to within 1/10 in. A tracking tool is displayed on the operator screen image at all times, to allow the user to visually verify what point is being tracked by the software. Control outputs are available to the DCS via OPC, 4-20mA and Modbus TCP/IP. The CANTY system consists of high temperature surveillance cameras, mounted to view the surface of the rollers. The cameras are mounted on the beams that provide view to the rollers. Multiple cameras can be used used depending on the accuracy and length of the area to be monitored.
